Dunno, how much fuel do you have in there? Are you sure you wired it up correctly? Is it OEM or aftermarket? Is the fuel pressure relay functional and connected? What about the fuel pump resistor pack? The latter two are mounted together on the passenger side wheel well.

If you jumper FP and +B in the diagnostic box the fuel pump should come on when the ignition is on despite any other part of the circuit being disabled, try that to eliminate power supply issues before the fuse box and system relays and to eliminate the possibility of the pump being bad.

If this is a N/A the AFM MUST be plugged in for the fuel pump to receive power.
