This is probably going to flag me as an old fart, but what do you mean by 'drift knob'? Are you referring to a 'drift-spin-turn' knob for the e-brake? I assume we're not talking about weighted shifters or e-brake covers...

If you're trying to defeat the e-brake I have no idea if a Nissan drift-spin would work... Why not just disable the retainer/latch in the ebrake and be done with it? Do you use the e-brake the rest of the time? I do actually use my e-brake so that wouldn't be an option for me.

If you wanted to get tricky you could figure out a location where when pressed a small rod slid in from the side of the ebrake handle would hold the button/linkage in a pressed state. Push in button, slide small rod into hole you drilled in handle, release button, button stays down.... end of event, push button, remove pin, e-brake back to normal.
