To install 2jz-gte or 2jz-ge and turbo it?

Hello everyone. Advice please.
I thought 7mge turbocharged engine and found that these engines have a problem of oil starvation in two cylinders. After that I thought put the 2jz-ge + installed on this engine turbine as 2jz-GTE its price is very high than the 2jz ge Who knows what is necessary for instolyatsii turbine?
