If I have interpreted your meaning correctly, then I believe you do have the correct set of upgrades specified. However, even with the 2jz-gte pistons and connecting rods swapped in, you will not achieve the same results as you would have with a 2jz-ge. The 2jz-ge's (non-turbo) ignition system, the 2jz-ge normally-aspirated head, and the lack of oil squirters in the block will still limit your results.
