Before you even consider installing a metal head gasket you be absolutely certain the block has been properly prepped or it'll fail in a much more spectacular fashion than the OEM composite HG... and much quicker. The block and head both need to checked for warping and machined for a VERY smooth finish. How smooth it needs to be will depend on which HG you're going with. The Cometic and Titan HGs are the most forgiving of the metal HGs out there and the HKS Stopper HG is the most finicky. Both the Titan and Cometic are easy to find (as well as the HKS line). The first retailer that comes to mind is HorsePowerFreaks.com. They're very reliable.
