So clean and replace hoses and the vacuum ports at the throttle body... Cleaning out the intake plenum and the piping from the cooler to the EGR regulator to the plenum would be a good idea too.

As for the throttle body, if you're uncomfortable with removing it (can't imagine why though) you may just spray carburetor cleaned into each of the metal nipples until it sprays in freely. It's best to do with the engine running so it doesn't pool up and try to pass through the engine all at once.
