You have a KVAFM.
There are many ways to adjust for the absence of the egr though... Pulling a couple degrees of spark advance, making sure you have a healthy cooling system... Running without the EGR on a heathly 7M isn't likely to kill anything you just lose some extra cooling, a microscopic increase in mileage (seriously immeasurable) and emissions compliance. I'd look for a JDM ECU myself but keep in mind that it has a governor built in. I'm all for going as far as swapping a head to keep it (heads are cheap and easy to find as any 7M head will do, just swap the cams and reshim) but it's nothing I'd kill myself over.
