Those aren't the same and neither was made for the MKIII. The first set are sold for the 240SX but will fit most anything if you don't mind that they look out of place on everything (except a Jeep). The second set look like the generic "universal" flares you can buy off eBay. Just Google 240SX fender flares and you'll find hundreds of places to buy them.
