Sorry don't know much about n/a or JDM-spec...perhaps there's only one choice? If you did a US-spec 2jz-gte (TT) swap, you could have chosen a 4spd auto or a 6spd manual (V160).

I've also heard that the auto diff ... at least for the TT, is geared lower than the 6spd diff.
