Personally I'd have it done by a shop since it appears to be a metallic finish & it can be hard to get right from a can. If the guy's worth the name of auto body specialist He'll be able to blow in the bumper to a degree that'll look OK if you didn't want to have the whole thing done. (It won't be perfect, but should be barely visible unless you crouched next to it).
