Need Help!! 1985 supra wont start!! Newbie

I just put in all new plat spark plugs. I only checked. #1 cylinder but it is sparking white/blue I will check the rest. it still doesn't turn over any other suggestions anyone can tell me what about the ECU how do I check error codes ?
