Coolant AC Fan Switch part number

Does anyone have a part number or source for a AC Fan switch that mounts to the thermostat housing? It is the one all the way on the bottom with the round connector..?

I have searched and search but I keep coming up with the other sensors i.e. 89422-12010 or 83420-20020
