Toyota Supra -95 Non turbo upgrade!

Hey. I have resently bought a Toyota Supra -95 non turbo and i like it alot in every way.
But i was wondering what more i can do to it to increase my HP.
What kind of modds can I do to it more then Camgears and Exhaust?
What kind of Exhaust and camgears is good for my toyota ?
Does NOS destroy you engine if u put it in ??
