next step is a loan
finally got the block out of my spare parts supra and i'm looking to improve it in a few ways. i have ideas about that, but don't want to embarase myself so i'll keep that to myself until i'm decided. then i'll either take the head off my supra ( it's been done up a little ) attach the two and give my supra oversized injectors 2 new cams and take the boost up a little, or find a w54 + accessories and make them fit a spare parts supra i have - but only if the head off of that car isn't totally screwed from blowing 2 gaskets.
what's a good place/site in new zealand for a computer freak turned petrol head to check out some options on performance parts ? i keep finding interesting stuff on the net, but can't actually find any that live here.
ps - when i got the sump off and got a look at the oil pickup, crankshaft and such my first thought was how this was kinda better than looking up girls skirts ( sorry if that offends any ) ... does this strike anybody as really odd ?

So I bought this old Honda bike, an NSR250. Bit of a street racer, I guess. I'm told they're fast.
Delivering it home with a friend driving the Supra for the first time. I drop gears and make a scream from the twin pipes flowing down this pony's flanks and it takes off like it's tail's on fire.
I look back when the Honda gets to its tap-out and the Supra's only two lengths behind. No one I've let ride my bike has told me its slow, they've all loved the thing. That car is a good thing indeed.
