mkII drifter
i agree u don't necessarily need a FR car to drift but yanking the E-brake in a FF car just doesnt have the same feeling and i think its harder to control too. i've got an '84 MKII (3300lbs.)with 213k on the pretty much stock (home modified exhaust) 2.8 and as long as u kno how to drive u dont need to pull the E-brake to even get it to kick around i go to lincoln tech in indianapolis and there are a bunch of kids with 180sx, 240sx, 280z, and even a couple of 300z s that are badass and then there is my MkII and 2 MKIII supras and the mkIIIs are a lot bigger all around than my mkII the kids with the nissans like to talk shit about toyotas or did until me and one of the mkIII owners went out with the nissans and my old-ass stock 2.8 5spd MKII kicked the shit out of the nissans and this is on dry pavement and 2 of the 240s have had RB25 skyline engine swaps im just saying if u truly kno how to drive u can do amazing things with any car and screw nissans too, long live the supra!
