I think anything from readytofix is a big gamble. Worst case, absolutely everything in the car is wrecked, and it all has to be replaced...it might even have frame damage. Don't forget you're talking about a $50,000 GT Sportscar here...none of the parts for the Mkiv Supra Turbo are cheap, and here are a few examples: The 6spd tranny lists for $5,5500.00 from Toyota. The oem twin turbos list for $2,200.00
each. A new wiring harness is about $900. Even 'minor' engine parts are expensive: the ignitor box is over $400, and coils are $60 each (there are
six of them). A decent set of tires runs you $1000. Add onto all of that the complexity of assembling a driveline capable of 1000hp. If you're not an expert mechanic, with experience working on the Mkiv Supra Turbo, you'll probably want to take the car to a shop to have the work done. This ain't no tree-pipty chebbie...for a shop experienced in working on the Mkiv Supra Turbo you'll probably be paying somewhere between $50/hr and $100/hr in labor rate. Please be sure to consider a total worst-case cost before you make your final decision to take on this project.
