JUst did the same swap..Try setting the crank at TDC then pulling off the timing belt and turn the cams to there TDC position(positioning the groove on the cam sprockets with the grooves on the top of the back timing cover)..That means the locating pins are in the middle hole and on the bottom side of the cams..Then pull the distributor and line it up with the #5 cylinder and then slide it back in and it should be right at the #1 cylinder..Then try and fire her up and let me know..
