remember this:
it's a 20 year old car .
as an example
a 20 yr old motor with a new turbo blowing into it . won't last long
you have opened the exhaust right up but you don't say anything about increasing the air flowing into the engine .
i think you blew the head gasket .
one easy way to check is to pull the egr sensor and see if it's all white , i'm sure it is white because you see white smoke now . thats coolant burning . thats why you don't see any leaking anywhere .
you replaced the radiator ? temp problems ?
