I was once in the chat room with Robert, and he seemed like a nice guy,
pretty smart too; he has been around for a while.
I don't know for sure, but I got the sense that he buys the part when you order them--I could be wrong. I just thought that maybe he was sort of a middle man dealer and buys on demand.
I would buy from him, but I would first ask, "When will my part/s be at my house?" and then expect him to keep his word/promise.
If you don't ask, then he really has not broken his promise to you...although people should really tell you if it is going to be a while!
There was a time when I wanted something that he sold (Kaminari side skirts), and I was going to tell him straight out, "I need to know when this will arrive. If you can send it to my house time by (given date), then let's do it; if you can't, then you owe me the truth that you won't make it in that time to avoid problems."
I wonder if that would have worked out in my case.
