I used to paint helmets and bikes for people and it is still hard for me to give you an estimate on painting it.
Depends on the condition of the part. Most times aftermarket parts have imperfect panels (from what I have seen).
Depends on the color (paint colors range in price).
Depends on who does it.
If it is ready for primer, it would be about $130 for me to prime it, paint it, and then clear it and that is with them buying the materials.
But I quit painting for people because too many in this area want everything to be show quality, while wanting to pay what averages out to be $5 an hour.
Anyways, I only have patience for my own stuff that I need painted...actually, I don't have enough for my own stuff.
I wish I could just buy patience...like patience pills. heheh
As far as the antenna, I would consider getting my Dremel out for that.
But you better make sure you can align the hole "on the money" but I don't think that would be too hard...
Just make a small hole in the spoiler piece over the center of the hole in the car body.
Then as you see where you need to Dremel more with the spoiler piece over the car body, Dremel it out until the wing hole is as exact as the hole below it....or matching it to the diameter of the antenna.
Got to always be creative when you do bodywork or custom painting.
Most of the time is spent on the boring stuff though like sanding.
