Strange idle and horrible rev

Ive been dealing with this for a few days, ive checked my wires and plugs, and all of them are in order.

What its doing is it will crank, but it idles at like ~400 and just rumbles and shakes horribly. So i apply gas until its about 1500 or more, and it still sounds terrible but the shaking stops. It use to not even crank, but there was oil in the 1 and 2, and 5 and 6 spark plugs, like tons, so i drained it out and whiped it clean.

My friend was fiddling around and broke the cold start injector right off the housing, and im curious if it would affect how the car is acting or not.
