Leaky Sunroof

I have a leaky sunroof and was wondering if there is anyway to tighten down the roof so that it wont leak or whistle. Also when I try to open it it gets stuck some times, so is there an easy way to replace the track.If there is no cheap way to fix it i will sadly have to seal it closed with some silicon.
