mk1 = 79-81?
mk2 = 81-86.5
mk3 = 86.5-92
mk4 = 93-98
you can make the 92 stuff fit previous years i.e 86
i think the only thing is the center nose piece normally has a bolt either side which your mk3 won't... so you'll have to play McGyver there
