Lexus AFM question?

I know that the Lexus AFM along with the 550 injectors are a popular upgrade. I would like to know if the AFM off of any Lexus is the larger one or is it only off the V-8 engines. I have found several different types of Lexus AFM's starting from a 93 Lexus 300 with a 2jz engine and wondered if even that one was considered the larger upgrade and is the same as all the "larger" AFM's off the Lexus cars.

This is for my turbo by the way and I would like to make this upgrade. I can buy local or I can go ebay, but I was just curious about if there was any difference with any of the Lexus AFM's and which ones to look for and which ones not to use, if any.
