Sounds to me like you have 2 seperate problems that seem to be related, but arent.
Im placing my bet right now on a bad alternator (specifically the regulator) and a boost leak/bad turbo.
Rebuild or replace your alternator. I really recommend just getting a new one or at least a reman., getting a kit and doing it yourself wont save much, and its my experience that rebuilds dont last very long before they go out again.
next thing you need to do is track down that boost leak. Im not a turbo guy, so I will defer to the resident experts in that area. You can get started by checking all your connections and hoses very carefully. If anything looks rotten replace it. while your doing this I recommend you look down inside your turbo at the fins. Check for damage there and report back.
