Just make a small hole in the spoiler piece over the center of the hole in the car body.
Then as you see where you need to Dremel more with the spoiler piece over the car body, Dremel it out until the wing hole is as exact as the hole below it....or matching it to the diameter of the antenna.

look at what i circled in blue in the pic. does that hole for the antenna come pre-drilled for the JC Whitney spoiler?
