Rough idle / stalls on cold start?

:huh: engine has only done about 2000km's (yes 2000) just starting to have a rough idle / stall on a cold start. even stalls or lumpy idle when im sitting at the lights (sometimes) could it be replace the spark plugs or what?

another note how to time / tune a 7MGE urself?
