Your best bet is to put an R154 behind it. It'll handle all the abuse you can throw at it, and as the 1JZ was never originally mated to any W-series trans, you will have to make a custom bellhousing adapter to bolt it up.
1JZ R154 is the way to go. Just make sure you get a trans from a 1JZ car, otherwise you'll be buying a 1JZ bellhousing, and they go for about $350 last I checked.
