Always change the filter when you do an oil change.
Any name brand oil that is 20w-50 will do fine.
The 20w-50 is a little thicker than 10w-40, and will fill in the voids of wear in bearings and seals, and piston rings.
At the shop, we always use 20w-50 in everything over 100k miles.
