Cool Well...

You could have a couple problems...

1) No fuel to cylinders
2) Spark...or lack there of.
3) Air, again, lack there of.

Check these things out, then report back. If it is getting fuel, but no air, then you should be able to fire your cylinder yourself with a BBQ lighter shoved down into the cylinder, while the spark plug is out.

P.S. Please do wear leather gloves when doing this, normal work gloves will work, otherwise you WILL burn yourself when it fires, and shoots flame past your hand. Also keep your eyes, and face away....you don't need to watch the pretty flame...or know what it looks like while you fire it...if it fires, YOU WILL KNOW!

No fuel....won't fire, you are fuel injected, so with the spark plugs out, you can turn your car off, then just put it to ACC...DO NOT TRY TO START. When you put it to ACC your fuel pump should "Prime" your cylinders with fuel, for the initial *BANG* when you turn it over....do this a couple times with spark plugs out, then go and try the manual cylinder fire method again. Still no flame??? Then you are either out of fuel, or you arn't getting fuel.

No spark...Well I am confident that you would know how to check this, but here is ONE method if you don't. Take one wire, with spark plug, out of the head, lay it on some metal part of your engine, then have a friend crank it over for a second or two...check to see if you can find a spark arking to the metal its resting on...best results are achieved if you have the spark plug laying on something NON-conducting, and the sparker end just NEAR the metal...it should ark. If you got a good eye, then hold the plug wire (Make sure you arn't holding the plug wire RIGHT NEXT TO THE PLUG...you will get shocked), and when your friend is cranking, just see if there is a spark arking between the two contacts. Low light helps to see it better.

So yeah, report back with your findings, then you can get spacific help.

Our Supra’s, which art in the driveway,
Hollowed be thy power, thy mods are great, thy speed endless,
On the road or at the track. Give us this day free of cops,
And forgive us our impound charges, as we forgive those who are slow.
And lead us not into speed traps, and deliver us from the interceptors,
For thine is our car, the power, and the glory…forever and ever….amen.
