Even the 2jz-ge does not need any preparation for boosting unless you're going for over 750rwhp or so... And the 2jz can easily put down those #s at relatively low boost levels...so why are you looking at stroker kits? In general, stroker kits are used on the 2jz-gte for applications at or near 1500hp+...

Precisely what is your horsepower goal, and how will you be using the car (daily driver? roadracing? drag racing? autocross? drifting?)?
