Exclamation How to do a HeadGasket Job

Hi,

I have recently blown my headgasket, and it is getting worse. I want to do the whole job by my self, and I was wondering if someone (Don't mean to be rude, but hopefully Suprra_Girl, or theWeezL) could write a somewhat descriptive post on how to do the process. You don't have to say the MAJOR common sense things...but just a quick how-to on it.

Another question too....is it possible to re-torque the head bolts, and somewhat re-seal the headgasket? I was thinking that logically it makes sense, you sandwich something more, and it makes things harder to pass through. It is what...September now, and I kinda NEED my supra engine to run till spring....I would have about $200 to spend on the car inbetween those times. I have another 7M-GTE engine(Complete)...which I am going to rebuild over the winter to a 450RWHP engine...dropping it into my supra in the spring!

I just don't want to have to park my baby, and have my MOTHER drive me to work (I am 19....and yes, I still live at home!)

Our Supra’s, which art in the driveway,
Hollowed be thy power, thy mods are great, thy speed endless,
On the road or at the track. Give us this day free of cops,
And forgive us our impound charges, as we forgive those who are slow.
And lead us not into speed traps, and deliver us from the interceptors,
For thine is our car, the power, and the glory…forever and ever….amen.
