Cool looking at a 90 turbo with compression problems

I'm new to supra's but im pretty sure that i found a good deal on one i just have a few questions about them. First its a 1990 turbo supra with a targa top, the exterior is in excellent shape no dents or signs of bondo and the paint is in great shape the interior is also in good shape the motor runs and it has a newer clutch and the trans shifts good, the guy only wants $350 for it, but he said the thermostat sticks closed sometimes, but thats not a big issue for me. The big problem with it is he said he did a compression test and cylinder 5 has no compression, i know this can be bent or stuck valves, which im hoping for, or something worse like a blown head gasket, or blown rings or a hole in the piston. what id like to know is if a valve is stuck open is there enough clearance in the chamber that piston shouldnt hit it cause he said he has put about 50 miles on it since the compression test, if it is the rings or pistons is the motor easy to pull out cause it looks really crammed in there or can you take the oil pan and head off while the motors still in the car, and is there anything else that it could possibly be? And lastly would the car be worth that if it needs a new motor?
