What is the cheapest, fastest way to gain BIG HP?

I want to know what kind of upgrades can I do without changing the turbo to get maximum output of my 7MGTE? As of this moment, I have a K & N Air Filter, HKS Blow off valve, Megan Downpipe and Trust exhaust. Turbo is currently set at 8PSi. What else could I do to make it run more powerful and yet safe? Thanks!

PS. Thanks to those who contributed to my other help thread. It was the TPS and the screws were loose. Thankyou!
