Stock or aftermarket, but yes to either one. If they are direct replacement shocks then they will have the lower spring perch and all you need is a spring compressor and be careful! The rears are easy to get on and off, the fronts are more of a pain, but the same as far as the springs go.
Does that help any? I did mine a while back with no problems. I went with lowered springs all around.
