generally the break in i have used and has worked well is......

crank car without efi fuse to get oil up to the top end and turbo etc
start... check for leaks
fix if necessary

assuming you have new rings.... you need to vary the rpm and drive (not boost) between 35-60mph as that will bed in the rings
the reason for the varied rpm is so the rings and bore doesn't get glazed, so don't sit on 2500rpm all the time... it needs to change
rings don't take long to bed in, what takes the time are the bottom end bearings

once you've driven 100 miles or so i would drain the oil and change the filter then keep driving for about 500miles
start introducing boost... a psi here and there... and gradually increase it

once you've hit bout 500 miles drain the oil and change the filter again

and by then any problems should have introduced themselves or NOT and you should be sweet! hehe
