If it were mine.....
I would try to clean the area as best I could, to help see.
Then......
I would use a mirror and strong flashlight to see if its leaking at that fitting, or the hoses at the clamps, etc.

I suppose you'd need to get it hot to build up some coolant pressure, if you don't have a (access to a) pressure tester.
