If it were mine (which it was 3 yrs ago), I would remove the door panel and, using a 1" paint brush and brake spray cleaner, clean out all the rollers and tracks for the window.

Then I'd let it all dry (blow out with an air gun) out for a while.

Then, using a finger or very small brush, I'd apply some of that Synthetic Brake Caliper Grease (Sta-Lube) to all the tracks and rollers and rub places.
