how fast are 1989 mk3 turbos

my dad has a 1989 mk3 supra turbo and i was just wondering how fast it will go. i think its mostly stock but i could be wrong it had a rebuild on it at 180k and it has 220k now has a new [stock] turbo and its a 5 speed. what kinda hp does it have and how fast can it go on top end?? thanks [ooh btw we had it about 140 once then the intercoolersensor or something broke lol] i just gotta know where it ends
