the gurgle noise is caused by a small lack of water . either you leaked water or pushed it out at some point just enough for a small amount or air to be in the system when the engine heats up the coolant system expands and the air pocket is gone and so is the gurgle . you need to keep a very close eye on where the water is going . the coolant system should not use lose or use water ever.
check the radiator level and the reserve water bottle level every morning . if you keep adding a little water here and there you need to dig for a leak, if there is not a leak
you are on your way to a BHG . i've had 3 supras and dealt with 4 bhg's .
you better hope the gurgle is a one time oops the system was low thing . a supra will fool you into thinking it's not a BHG
