Fuel injector resistance values

1987 non turbo 1.8-3.4 ohms
1987 turbo 2.0-3.8 ohms

1988-1992 non turbo 13.8 ohms
1988-1992 turbo 2.0-3.8 ohms

"Did they change from low to high after a certain year?"

Not the turbos.
