Default engine troubles

i have an 88 NA supra. the problem i am having is that the #1 cylinder misfires once the engine is warmed up. the spark plug seems to be fouling, if i pull it out its wet. if i dry it off and put it back in, it will run normal until it gets wet again. i replaced the spark plugs and air filter, and cleaned and inspected the cap rotor vacuum lines and plug wires, and they are not the cause. i also did a diagnostic, no codes are being thrown.
anyone have any ideas what could be up with my engine? bad injector? worn rings? bhg?
another problem i am having which may or may not be related and seems to be common with these cars(i searched) is if the engine is hot, i turn the car off and come back to start it up later before its cooled down completely, it idles rough and wants to stall. if i hold the gas pedal down and turn it on, it will run bad for about 10 seconds then slowly stabilize and idle normal.
thanks for the help
