90 NA Auto Supra.. Help Please!

Hello,
Just but me a Supra MK3 with 126K miles runs good but is showing signs of BHG not sure though. Radiator coolant bubbles when I give her gas no smoke coming out of tail pipe. The temp needle fluctuates from med to high and does seem to lose coolant. Also I can hear a ticking noise from the top of the head sounds kinda like a diesel doesnt seem to bother it along the lines of power but it is annoying. Oh..one other thing the ac and heater don't seem to work read somewhere that it might be the VSV?
Can anyone shed some light on my questions any advise would be greatly appreciated. I plan on keeping her stock, so if it is a bhg... What gasket would work great for the least amount of $? I plan on getting ARP bolts if I have to do the job. Where might I be able to get the parts online for a decent price?
