It depends on some things. N/A car, I assume. Is the hole big? Where exactly is the hole?? Before the cat?? After the cat??

A plugged exhaust, muffler, or cat is more likely to cause your power loss, than a hole.

Will the car rev up to 4-5k and hold for a few seconds in park???

Does it cut out and misfire???
