You can get the spring compressing tool at Harbor Freight for about $10. Or from some other cheap tool place. (good for the toolbox).

Today I replaced both the lower ball joints, on the car, and NOT the way the TSRM said. It was EASY.

I am going to write up the way and post in the FAQs section in a day or 2.
