1991 turbo automatic BOOST problems

Just Finished Putting Back Togerther, And I Have Problem. We Put 550 Cc Injectors Big Fuel Pump, Adj Fuel Pressure Reg, Ls 400 Mass Air Body, Big Turbo, Blitz Boost Controller, Big Intercooler. The Car Runs Great Up To 10 Psi, But Then Its Hits The Fuel Cutoff. The More Boost The Richer The Car Runs. I Have The Custon Made Screw In The Maf And Have Also Put A Larger Sabb Bov. Dose The Automatic Trans Have Somthing To Do With This, Or Am I Missing Somrthing Else? We Also Put A Vf Meter On It And Still Cant Tune It. Please Help!
