IC pipe sizes

i was just going to buy a bunch of 3 inch pipeing and make it myself, since fabrications my thing. but when you tell me to do something electrical, oh hell no ill catch the thing on fire. mainly because im red color blind

but yea. so it should be an adventure for me. im just trying to decide if universal pipes would be cheaper than just buying straight pipes and copping and welding.
