If you don't mind running high-octane race fuel, in theory you could make 800rwhp or more with the oem Mkiv TT (2jz-gte) engine.

I've heard that a company from Florida, Toyotmoto, that did do a few custom supercharger installs on an n/a (normally-aspirated/non-turbo) Mkiv Supras, with some success. Afaik (as far as I know), they never produced a full bolt-on kit for this application. Also afaik, the results were not 'earth-shattering' (eg. about 500rwhp or less). Although you'd have to build your own brackets, modify your crank pulley for a belt, and custom-bend/weld/etc. all of your own piping, there's no reason you couldn't do it. Please let us know if you decide to!
