fuel problems

I have an 87 7mgte. The good news is that the car is now ruinning. I had to replace the ecu, cps, fuel filter, plugs and the number 1 wire. I re-set the tps using the procedure in the TSM. The car still has a skip and I 'm getting about 4-6 miles to the gallon. After driving, the car wont restart using the starter until it cools down. Now if I put starter fuild it the intake or I roll start it will crank hot.

The car set up for about two years. Also, when I changed the fuel filter, well let's say I've never seen on stopped up that bad. I was thinking the next step was to either clean or replace the injectors, but I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas I might try.

Has anyone run into this problem before?
