those codes are actually important... what codes were they?
some of them would be because you unplugged items while the battery was connected
have you made sure the timing belt is on correctly? altho the ignition timing may be correct the belt may be off
have you got spark? have you got fuel?
pull out one of the leads, and the spark plug and stick it inside the coil lead, then crank the engine and see if you have spark
have you checked all the fuses in the fusebox
to check fuel just jumper fp and b+ you should hear the buzzing of the fuel or hold the fuel line that goes to the fuel rail
if you still aren't overly sure get some engine start/ether/starter fluid and spray it into the intake and see if she wants to fire
